Hiring Office Cleaners - Competitive Salary and Great Benefits!

We are looking for a part-time employee to perform general office cleaning duties Monday through Friday evenings. We are looking for a responsible individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail to perform general office cleaning duties.

Typical Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Sweep & mop floors, stairs, and other surfaces (inside buildings). Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas. Clean and dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, etc. Wash window sills; glass in interior doors, partition, and specified windows. Wash glass and trim at entrance doors, interior/exterior- Wash/spot clean interior walls as appropriate daily. Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily. Standard bathroom procedures are to damp-wipe glass surfaces, empty wastebaskets, service soap, and toilet paper dispensers, dust sills, clean tile walls, shelves, stall partitions, sweep/mop/scrub floors, etc. on rotating schedules. Collect building trash daily placing it in an approved container including replacing liners in wastebaskets and placing collected trash in designated collection area for subsequent removal.

Requirements:

Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required. Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and work cooperatively as part of a team Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment. Requires attention to detail, pride in providing quality service, strong organizational skills, high energy, and stamina. High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to speak, read, and communicate English fluently. Ability to adhere to schedules, keep commitments, and demonstrate professionalism Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds comfortably. Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation. Comply with all health and safety regulations. Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check, including criminal history.

Typical Schedule:

Monday through Friday evenings 5 pm to 7:00 pm (start time is flexible)

Compensation

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 10 hours per week
