How to register for spay/neuter:

1 Complete the eligibility survey and add up to two pets to the virtual waitlist, which opens at 6:00am. At the end of the survey, you will be notified if you have been added to the waitlist. 2 You will receive a confirmation text message if your pet is ready for surgery. If you do not receive a confirmation text message, please try again at another time. 3 Once you receive the confirmation text message, you will receive another text message to register online. Please begin your visit to the clinic at 7:00am so that we can begin seeing patients promptly at 7:30am 4 We will send a text message notification when we are ready for you and your pet to come to the clinic. To minimize crowding, please do not come to the clinic before you receive the text message. If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of the "ready" notification, you may lose your spot on the list. 5 You will receive a text message confirming your pet's admission time and a time to return for your pet's appointment that afternoon

Spay/Neuter Prices:

Without proof of public assistance: $125, cash and credit card. With proof of public assistance: Free As part of the Animal Population Control Program, the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) reimburses the ASPCA for surgeries performed on income-qualified residents of the five boroughs. This funding enables us to help more animals in New York City.
